0.17 WIP Release of the Assetto Corsa Modding Manual 3.0

This month was really hot overall. I hope everyone is still healthy and good, I've been scrambling to fight the heat. Drink water guys. NOW.

This 0.17 release has some corrections as usual. I wish I could add more but it's better than the previous. I did some preparation work for PART 2 (just put down a list, the titles and some ideas) to organize myself.

I redesigned a little the cover too. Before it was too blank in my opinion.

As usual, keep in mind it's still WIP.
