0.16 WIP Release of the Assetto Corsa Modding Manual 3.0

Here we are. I had some time, and now the paragraph on how to install car mods has been written. No more YouTube videos about that, please. It has already been overdone to death. I hope the steps will be simple and clear enough to be followed.

A lot of content has been added, and something that had been removed has been brought back too after some corrections.

The manual is still WIP. Be aware of this.
