0.14 WIP Release of the Assetto Corsa Modding Manual 3.0

This is not a huge update, but there are additions and corrections; I also polished some parts that were a bit contorted. You will find something new and nice in the AC "User Manual".

In addition, I'm replacing the "Sections" with chapters, following a better numeration (no more section A, B, etc., from now on paragraphs will be 3.1, 3.1.2, and so on).

Keep in mind it's still WIP.
