0.13 WIP Release of the Assetto Corsa Modding Manual 3.0

Heh heh heh. As promised. This update is focused on the generic Assetto Corsa guide at the beginning (a non-modding related part, but useful as a manual for AC users). It doesn't mean that there are no changes on the rest of the manual though.

Big news: page numbers! I finally found a neat way to add them without breaking the layout of the pages. Cross-references still may be broken.

There are some more corrections and additions here and there.

 Still, do not trust everything that's written down. There's a long way till release 1.0, you know?
